Creating a Joomla Template From Scratch
Here’s a great tutorial I found showing you the basics of what is needed to create a Joomla template from scratch. It also covers what files make up the minimum requirements that Joomla looks for in a template and how its structured. Great starting point if your looking to convert a PSD layout to a quick and flexible CMS system. Joomla is a very powerful platform to develop on and the learning curve isn’t so bad like some of the other CMS systems out there. Have a look and get started developing.
